tastes like treasure!

The pirate restaurant turned out to be semi-disappointing. While there were some great things about the interior that I liked - the faux ship you sit in, the giant mast hanging from the ceiling, and lifesize pirate statues - they failed to fully commit to the pirate theme. If you're going to do a theme restaurant/bar you should get all the details right, no? The staff could at least wear a little bit of pirate gear like a skull and bones scarf on their heads and they could at least play pirate music instead of blaring hip hop and rnb. It all just came off as a gimmicky sports bar. The potential of this place is enormous...just make it more like Pirates of the Carribean is all I'm saying. The barrels of beer are a nice start though.
