Just found out that the USC Springfest 2005 concert goes down this saturday. The festivities start at 2pm and feature local bands like Future Pigeon, Go Betty Go, Mia Doi Todd, and Tre Hardson (formally of the Pharcyde) but the real draw will be the headlining Roots. The Roots are always a guaranteed great show. Best of all is the show is free. I'll be catching the early sets from Future Pigeon and Mia Doi but will be heading over to the Soundtrack of our Lives show later that night. That might have worked out for the best as I don't know how long I could stand being around those college kids...
