It wasn't quite the introduction I'm used to hearing but then again last night wasn't your average holiday shindig, unless being in the company of a bunch of part time pin up models is your idea of average.

"oh, so you were a lifeguard?"

"No, I just played one on tv"

And so I witnessed them at play. They are curious creatures no doubt.

the hyper-sex drives

the boobs (real and non) on parade

the faux lesbianism

the gyrating hips

Ok, so maybe some of them did have barbie doll/bimbo voices. And maybe its pure vanity at work when they pose everytime a camera is pointed at them. And maybe some of them weren't the brightest kids on the block.

But they're still just girls, right? Girls that deserve to be treated with dignity and respect.

And if you play your cards right, and if you do treat them this way, maybe, just maybe one of them will give you a business card with nothing on it but their picture and web address (wtf?) and tell you to email them.

And you will congratulate yourself on a job well done. And you will feel good that you took the gentlemen's route and pushed back the primal beast inside that rules all men.

But sadly, that feeling will last all but a few minutes when you suddenly find yourself in the middle of a girl to girl discussion about their sex toys.

And once again, man will be beast.
